Each ID tracker wristband carries an internationally recognised medical symbol and our website address. In case of an emergency, medical or first responder personnel will find an individual personal code and identity number on the inside of your wristband.
They can then enter the codes into the First Responder Emergency Login of our website to access medical and personal information you have provided in order to provide the best possible level of treatment...
The use of the code does not give first responders or anyone else access to your private travel documents section. This section is only accessible by the account holder by using your username and password you have set up.
Our website provides the opportunity for medical personnel to activate an emergency email (which you have prepared) to be sent automatically to loved ones so they can be informed as soon as possible that you may need help. You can word this email yourself as part of setting up your profile. We suggest you test the email trigger for yourself as part of advising loved ones about your intentions.
- Go to the “Shop ID Tracker” menu item - click the main button for all products, or choose between the Adults or Kids category
- Select your preferred style of band, and then choose from the options for your preferred colour, size (see the section “How to choose your size”) and then click “Add to Cart”. You will be taken to a summary of your order - if you are ready to complete your order, click “Continue”.
- If you are a new customer, under “New User, Create Account” fill out your details including email address and your desired password (if you have registered for an account before, enter your email and password under “Login to Existing Account”). We ask that you fill these out twice for verification purposes.
Make a note of your username and password as this will be needed in future for editing of your profile. When ready to continue, click “Create new account”. At this stage you will be sent an automated email to verify your email address (this may take some time to arrive, so feel free to complete your order first - if it does not arrive, please check your junk email folder). - The Checkout page allows you to calculate shipping costs, enter a coupon code if you have been provided with one and enter your shipping and billing information. Ensure you have read our terms and conditions, and have checked the button to say you agree to them. When ready, click the “Continue to payment” button.
- Enter your credit card details (name, number, expiration and security code). When ready, click the “Complete your purchase” button to finalise your order.
- Your ID Tracker will be shipped to your nominated shipping address within 3-5 business days.

- Complete your comprehensive profile. Once registered on our website you can fill in a personal profile which will include any medical conditions, details of who to contact in an emergency and if traveling your travel destination and insurance details.
- Wear or carry your ID Tracker. In the unfortunate event of suffering a medical emergency while on your own, your ID Tracker will prompt medical staff to logon to our website to access your medical and Identification information.
By logging in with your username and password, you can access your personal profile at any time to update your personal details or even change your travel plans. You can also change your travel documents if required so they can be kept safe and accessible from wherever you are able to access the internet.
The only way to access the medical details on your personal profile you provide on our website is by entering the unique ID code and personal identification number from your ID Tracker. The only way people will be able to access these codes is by removing your wristband because the numbers are displayed on the inside of the band.
Information you store in your profile can only be edited by the account owner, using your private username and password.
The website is protected with a Security Certificate (SSL) which means that all information that is entered such as profiles, payment info, and user account information is encrypted via a secure connection between the website and the computer you are using to update this info.
ID Trackers start at $19.90 for a kids band, and range in price up to $27.40 for a slim adjustable band. Your first year's subscription is free and included in your initial sale.

ID tracker is an ethical company that appreciates its customers; we will not enter into a billing system that makes it difficult for its customers to release from. If at any time you have difficulty unsubscribing for any reason, contact us on admin@idtracker.com.au and we will assist you directly.
Within Australia, we charge a fixed rate of $6.50 per order. We charge a fixed rate of $11.50 for all international orders.
Once you have entered your address during the checkout process, the postage rate will be displayed, or you can use the “Calculate Postage” tool.
For non adjustable bands, simply roll a soft ruler or tape measure around your wrist to measure the circumference (our bands are measured in millimetres). Choose the minimum size that matches your size, allowing some extra comfort room (for example, if your wrist measures 175mm, you should order a 180mm medium band).
Add up to 5 profiles to one online subscription - that’s one wristband each for a family of 5! ID Tracker is perfect for families and travel companions, allowing one single login to update the medical or personal information for your family or group.
If you have lost your band, you have 3 options depending on the circumstances. These functions are available to you after logging in to your profile:
Disable Login
Prevents someone from being able to use the First Responder Login using your bands ID and PIN. Useful in case you have temporarily lost or misplaced your band – if you find it, you can simple re-enable the login access.
Delete Profile
If you have lost your band and you do not believe you will retrieve it, and do not wish to purchase another band, please delete your profile to ensure security of your personal information. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered, so if you think there is a chance you may find it, you are better off to ‘Disable Login’ before choosing to delete the band profile. Alternatively, if you wish to purchase another band, you can have the contents of this profile moved to another band by choosing the 'Unlink Band' option as described below..
Unlink Band
If you have lost your band, you can ‘Unlink Your Band’. This essentially means your profile for that band remains in your account, but it is not attached to any band. You can then purchase another band, and link the band to that profile, saving you from needing to enter all of the content again.
Contact us on sales@idtracker.com.au and we can deactivate your account and subscription.
If your question has not been answered here, drop us a line on sales@idtracker.com.au or contact us via our Facebook page via private message. If you require any assistance or have any questions we will try and get back to you asap.
